STORY OF A MILK CHURN

I'm often asked how I go about finding things to paint and what sort of state items have to be in to be painted up. This is an example of one of my restoration projects - as you can see it was in a sad state when it was found, but lots of work and six weeks later it was finished and ready for sale. This particular churn was last seen standing proudly in its new home on the back of a narrow boat at Little Venice in London.
